Built by Portsmouth Dockyard. Laid Down 21st September 1927. Launched 29th January 1929. Completed 30th September 1930. Sunk 5th April 1942, with Cornwall, by bombs from Japanese carrier aircraft, west of Ceylon (227 lost).
